Subject: [PATCH] .gitignore: ignore actmp files

Add "actmp*" to .gitignore.

These are temporary files created by autom4te (used by autoconf)
during the build configuration process.  While they are usually
removed automatically, they may persist if the process is interrupted
or terminated unexpectedly.
