Alejandro Colomar ca046af5d9 Remove support for rlogind in login(1), that is, remove the '-r' flag
The "quick hack" finally disappeared.  Probably nobody noticed.  ;)
(See the changes in <configure.ac> for the context of this pun.)

Probably everybody uses SSH these days for remote login.  Let's remove
this insecure method.

The official releases ship with pre-built manpages.

The content of the man pages however is dependent on compile flags. So the pre-built ones might not fit your version of shadow. To build them yourself use --enable-man. Furthermore the following build requirements will be needed:

  • xsltproc
  • docbook 4
  • docbook stylesheets
  • itstool
