Antonio Terceiro a6f5520d1a newusers: allow not passing a password
A possible use case for this is wanting to add subuid/subgid entries for
an existing user. This change makes it possible to pass `username::::::`
to newusers; the empty password will be ignored an everything else will
be done. Currently this fails miserably, as PAM errors out on a empty
password.

The official releases ship with pre-built manpages.

The content of the man pages however is dependent on compile flags. So the pre-built ones might not fit your version of shadow. To build them yourself use --enable-man. Furthermore the following build requirements will be needed:

  • xsltproc
  • docbook 4
  • docbook stylesheets
  • itstool
