scrapscan.py

Regenerated (and manually massaged for PutScrap) so it can be byuilt both for Carbon and Classic. The Carbon module is rather empty, though, for now.

scrapsupport.py

Lots more Carbon/Carbon.h includes, new UPP routine names, function prototypes. Most toolbox modules now compile, link and import in MacOSX-MachO python.
