build: enable many warnings
* configure.ac: Add support for --enable-gcc-warnings. * bootstrap.conf (gnulib_modules): Add manywarnings. * Makefile.am (AM_CFLAGS): Add $(WARN_CFLAGS) $(WERROR_CFLAGS)
