* ja.po, sl.po, el.po: Updated translations from the Translation
	Project: Japanese, Slovenian, Greek.
	* nb.po: Added a Norwegian Bokmaal translation from the
	Translation Project.
	* configure.ac: Added nb.po to ALL_LINGUAS.
