maint: update gnulib to latest

Run 'make update-gnulib-to-latest', mainly for these two commits:

  > free-posix: Work around GCC mis-optimization bug.
  > getgroups test: Avoid warning with glibc >= 2.32 and gcc >= 10.

* gnulib: Update to latest.
