Bernhard Voelker 0c20228608 xargs: clarify command as optional in --help output ...

* xargs/xargs.c (usage): Fix synopsis by wrapping COMMAND in '[...]',
because it is in fact optional.  Also add a sentence that the default
COMMAND is 'echo'.
