Bernhard Voelker aa292af4c1 maint: help translators to disambiguate -0 as --null, not option "o" ...

As reported in <https://savannah.gnu.org/bugs/?67432>, it is easy to
confuse -0 with -O.  Give a hint to translators.

* xargs/xargs.c (main): Add TRANSLATORS hints.
