Subject: [PATCH] Fix "make dist" error when BUILT_SPIT_IN_C is false.

* gettext-tools/src/Makefile.am (noinst_SCRIPTS): Add 'spit'.
(spit): New rule.
(BUILT_SOURCES, MOSTLYCLEANFILES): Add it.
