faacecdc43 maint: Use maintainer-makefile from gnulib 
* autogen.sh: Pull GNUmakefile, maint.mk, and dependency scripts in
build-aux.
* cfg.mk (update-copyright-env): Adjust for gettext.
* .x-update-copyright: New file.
* .gitignore: Ignore files brought in by gnulib-tool.
