Bruno Haible a6ee4c5024 build: Remove duplicate copy of test-lock. 
The master copy lives in gnulib now.

* gettext-runtime/tests/test-lock.c: Remove file.
* gettext-runtime/tests/Makefile.am (TESTS, check_PROGRAMS): Remove test-lock.
(test_lock_SOURCES, test_lock_LDADD): Remove variables.
