* gettext-tools/libgettextpo/Makefile.am (LTV_*): Bump to 5:10:5.
* gettext-tools/configure.ac (ARCHIVE_VERSION): Bump to 0.22.1.
* gettext-tools/misc/autopoint.in: Allow version 0.22.1.
