Stefano Lattarini 2cccb4c662 m4: use AC_PROG_MKDIR_P, not the deprecated AM_PROG_MKDIR_P

AM_PROG_MKDIR_P is be deprecated since Automake 1.12.1, and will
be removed in Automake 1.14.
