Bruno Haible 9e0eb429a2 build: Simplify D configuration-time support. 
* gettext-runtime/configure.ac: Don't search for the D compiler a second time
(already done by gt_DCOMP).
* gettext-tools/configure.ac: Likewise.

This directory contains the tools of GNU gettext, for the translator and the
maintainer, and the associated documentation.
