Prompted by <https://gcc.gnu.org/pipermail/gcc/2022-June/238929.html>. * gettext-runtime/uninstalled-config.sh.in: New file. * gettext-runtime/configure.ac: New variable ENABLE_SHARED. Generate uninstalled-config.sh at configure time.
