Problem found by OpenCSW buildbot; the bug also occurs on GNU/Linux build platforms. The symptom is “system.h:26:24: fatal error: configmake.h: No such file or directory”. See: https://buildfarm.opencsw.org/buildbot/builders/ggrep-solaris10-sparc/builds/107 * bootstrap.conf: Add configmake, a dependency that was formerly brought in only by accident.
