groff/ChangeLog.115
G. Branden Robinson 9b6ccf1437 ChangeLog.{old,111,112,113,114}: Split off.
The accumulation of all groff change log entries prior to 1.16 to one
file named for version 1.15 has repeatedly confused me over the years.
Fortunately there was a clear watershed in the period 1995-1999, when
groff was unmaintained. Move everything that can be characterized as
"James Clark groff" (1.10 and earlier) into ChangeLog.old.

Reorganize the ChangeLog entries for releases 1.11 through 1.15 as is
done to follow the convention followed ever since.

Update copyright dates accordingly.

Wrap a handful of overlong entries at 72 columns, and change bracketing
style in one case to avoid improper implicition under GNU change log
entry format.

* nroff/nroff.man: -S is safer, not safe.
* groff/groff.cc (main): Use `safer', not `safe', in variable
names. This does not change the behavior.
* troff/input.cc (main): Likewise.
* nroff/nroff.sh: Likewise.
* troff/input.cc (prepend_string): New function.
(main): Prepend -msafer, so that we check macro libraries for
safety.
* PROBLEMS: Report problem with Sun C++ 5.0 and 5.1.
