Ben Hutchings 9fa9ae011c unmkinitramfs: Accept lower-case hex digits in cpio headers ...

GNU cpio always generates upper-case hex digits in cpio headers, but
other implementations may not.  Both GNU cpio and the kernel parse the
headers case-insensitively.  Therefore make unmkinitramfs do the same.
