733cbb3197 test: change .stdout/.stderr to stdout/stderr 
Using hidden files are rather antisocial, and rather pointless in this
particular context.  Change .stdout and .stderr to simply stdout and
stderr.

c2df282092 Fix the handling of floating-point tokens in the preprocessor 
Correct the handling of floating-point tokens in the preprocessor.
The preprocessor scanner and the main scanner really are painfully
divergent for no good reason.
