Paul Eggert	3e13b77488	(abort_hunk, apply_hunk, patch_match, similar): Lines may contain NUL and need not end in newline. (copy_till, dump_line): Insert newline if appending after partial line. All invokers changed. (main, get_some_switches, apply_hunk): Allocate *_define[ds], filearg, rejname dynamically. (make_temp): New function. (main): Use it.
