mame d583ee266b Add FileUtils#cp_lr ...

* lib/fileutils.rb: Add FileUtils#cp_lr.  This method creates hard links
  of each file from directory to another directory recursively.
  This patch is based on Thomas Sawyers and Zachary Scott.
