  DecimalInteger, OctalInteger, DecimalNumeric now validate their input
  before converting to a number.  [ruby-trunk - Bug #8865]

* test/optparse/test_acceptable.rb:  Tests for the above, tests for all
  numeric acceptables for existing behavior.
