platform/x86: asus-wmi: rename ASUS_WMI_DEVID_PPT_FPPT
Maintain power-related WMI macros naming consistency:
rename ASUS_WMI_DEVID_PPT_FPPT to ASUS_WMI_DEVID_PPT_PL3_FPPT.
